these days align to give us one hell of a weekday

So many of the funniest jokes on this show are just the team fixing animation errors by rolling with them.

You’re not exaggerating even slightly.

Handful of the other best examples off the top of my head:

- The screaming “ZIM” “WHAAAT” back and forth he and Dib had in “Mortos Der Soul Stealer” (that Enter the Florpus also made a callback bit to) was originally supposed to take place across a busy street full of cars. You can even hear the car sounds during the scene except… noticeably, the animators didn’t put the actual cars in.

- This sequence of Ultra-Peepi strutting his way through the city out to that hilarious “oh yeahhhhh” vibe of soundtrack. On paper, Peepi’s approach was supposed to be much more menacing, but when the animation got back from the Korean studio, he just had this absolute swagger about him instead. So, they decided they might as well make the music fit.

- This massive security guard passing by in the bank scene from “Walk of Doom”. Apparently, the team noticed an error where he was proportionality bigger than the other cops in the scene, so they sent the take back to the studio and somehow when it came back the guard was even larger so they figure it would be amusing to work with it and just had the sound team give the character giant sounding footsteps.
